Forecasters expect clear skies all week and over the weekend in the Canary Islands. In fact, the weather looks about perfect for the time of year.
The only clouds will be early in the morning and will fade off throughout the day.
The Trade Winds are blowing so even if the sun is hot we'll still get a cooling breeze.
A light East wind will bring a touch of dust from the Sahara. It's not going to be enough to ruin the blue sky but will cause great sunsets and warm nights.
Temperatures in south Gran Canaria will be in the high 20s and may well reach 30ºC on the beaches and up in the highlands.
The only negative is higher-than-average UV light levels so please slap on the sunscreen and wear a hat and sunglasses if you go inland.
