This will clear the cloud but won't raise temperatures that much. It may even make the next few nights cooler as clear skies don't hold in the heat like cloudy ones do. 

The winds this week will be from the east and could be gusty.

Expect the dust to be around until at least Friday. For the weekend, it looks like the north of the island will be getting showers.
